Dancing at the Stanford Powwow

American Indian dance exhibitions and contests were held May 9-11 at the 37th Annual Stanford Powwow in Eucalyptus Grove. The three-day event, the largest student-run powwow in the country, included more than 20 dance competitions for men, women, boys and girls in categories such as the jingle dress dance, grass dance and fancy shawl dance.
