University telephone service restored

Campus-wide phone service was fully restored this morning at approximately 11:00 a.m. Service to the Stanford and Lucile Packard hospitals was restored earlier, at approximately 9:27 a.m, according to IT Services. The cause of the service interruption, which was first reported at approximately 6 a.m. Thursday, is being investigated and appears to be an equipment failure.
