Faculty Senate to consider major new software system for research administration
The Faculty Senate will convene Thursday for its second meeting of the Winter Quarter.
The senate will hear a report from the Committee on Academic Computing and Information Systems on a plan to implement a major software system to improve research administration processes. The senate also will consider renewal of degree-nominating authority for the interdisciplinary Program in American Studies.
The senate is scheduled to meet at 3:15 p.m. in Room 180 at the Law School. Discussion is limited to members of the senate, but members of the Stanford community may request to attend the meeting by contacting the Academic Secretary's Office at 723-4992 or delpozzo@stanford.edu.
