Schneider to discuss 'Global Environmental Issues' at Bechtel lecture series

"U.S. Presidential Elections: International Implications," a dinner and lecture series sponsored by the Bechtel International Center, will continue on Wednesday, Oct. 25. Stephen Schneider, professor of biological sciences and senior fellow at the Center for Environmental Science and Policy, will discuss "Perspectives on Global Environmental Issues."

Morris Fiorina, professor of political science and senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, will close the series on Wednesday, Nov. 1. He will speak on "U.S. Presidential Elections and the Media."

Dinner will be served in the Bechtel Dining room at 6 p.m.; the lecture and discussion will follow. Cost is $4 per person; call 723-1984 for reservations or more information.
