Berkeley professor to discuss 'Germany: A Decade After the Wall'

Richard Buxbaum, professor of international law at Boalt Law School and dean of international and area studies at the University of California-Berkeley, will speak on "Germany: A Decade After the Wall" at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 20, in Room 180 of the Stanford Law School. Buxbaum will assess the current political climate in Germany 10 years after reunification. A reception at 7:30 p.m. will precede the talk, which is sponsored by the Peninsula Chapter of the World Affairs Council of Northern California and the Stanford Center on Conflict and Negotiation.
