For nearly four decades, Stanford undergraduates have organized service-oriented trips to study issues impacting communities across the U.S. This year, they dispersed across the country to learn about immigration challenges, educational inequality, climate change, and more.

Residential student leaders spend a few weeks before the academic year starts learning leadership skills and preparing for their roles as resident assistants and ethnic theme associates in the many dorms and residences at Stanford.

Now in its sixth year, the popular residentially-based program offers a holistic support system to nearly 1,000 students as they navigate their first year at Stanford.
