Fifteen Stanford graduate students are among the recipients of the 2024 Siebel Scholars award, which recognizes exceptional graduate students in business, computer science, and bioengineering.

This year’s class consists of 83 outstanding graduate students from several universities in the United States and abroad. Each will receive $35,000 for their final year of graduate school.

The newest Siebel Scholars will join a network of more than 1,800 accomplished scholars, researchers, and entrepreneurs who have driven innovations in over a dozen industries, launched more than 1,100 products, authored more than 430 patents, and published over 43 books and more than 4,366 articles or book chapters, among other achievements.

The Siebel Scholars program was founded in 2000 by the Thomas and Stacey Siebel Foundation, which supports programs and organizations that improve the quality of life, environment, and education of its community members. The Siebel Scholars program awards grants to 16 universities in the United States, China, France, Italy, and Japan.
