More than 2,000 staff members came out for the 17th annual Cardinal Walk last week to celebrate health and community, and remote employees organized walks of their own. Check out the highlights.
The 17th annual Cardinal Walk took place at Stanford on Thursday, Aug. 10. Hosted by BeWell in partnership with the Department of Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation and Wellness, this year’s event was carnival themed, and included games, entertainment, snacks, and a T-shirt giveaway. The walk was a 1-mile route that started at Stanford Stadium and ended near Maples Pavilion. Remote workers in Colorado, Washington, D.C., and more joined by organizing their own walks.
