LEONID RYZHIK, professor of mathematics, and TODD MARTINEZ, professor of chemistry, are among the 11 university scientists and engineers named to the 2010 class of the Department of Defense’s National Security Science and Engineering Faculty Fellowship (NSSEFF) program.  NSSEFF provides grants to top-tier researchers from U.S. universities to conduct unclassified, basic research that may transform the Department of Defense’s long-term capabilities.
