Stanford’s Lingyin Li selected as a member of the 2020 ‘Talented 12’
Chemical & Engineering News, the weekly newsmagazine of the American Chemical Society, has named LINGYIN LI, assistant professor of biochemistry, to its 2020 “Talented 12” list.
Li and members of her lab are currently working to understand the biochemical mechanisms of innate immunity and seek to improve the understanding of these pathways and facilitate the development of more precise drugs for preventing or treating specific diseases.
The “Talented 12” program, now in its sixth year, highlights early-career researchers in the chemical sciences who are tackling global problems.
