Free tickets still available to centennial events Free tickets to centennial convocations, roundtables and classes are still available at the Stanford Stadium ticket office, Gate 2. Brian Mulroney, prime minister of Canada, will speak at the first convocation, at 8:45 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, in Frost Amphitheater. Mexican President Carlos Salinas de Gortari will speak at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, in Frost Amphitheater. Pete Wilson, governor of California, and Secretary of Health and Human Services Louis Sullivan will speak at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the West Portal of the Inner Quad -- the site of Stanford's opening day ceremony 100 years ago. Stadium Spectacular tickets, performing arts festival passes and Gaieties tickets also may be purchased at the Stadium ticket window.
