Shultz on North Korea's declaration of nuclear program

George Shultz, a distinguished fellow at the Hoover Institution, said North Korea made a good first step by disclosing details of its nuclear program and destroying the cooling tower at its nuclear facility in Yongbyon on June 27. Shultz, who served as secretary of state in the Reagan administration, spoke to News Service reporter Adam Gorlick after addressing a group of diplomats visiting the Hoover Institution.
