Memorial scheduled June 9 for Ardis Oglesby

A memorial service for Ardis Hansen Oglesby, who died March 9 at age 91, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 9, at the First Congregational Church of Palo Alto.

Oglesby was the wife of the late Clarkson Oglesby, a Stanford professor of civil engineering who was one of the pioneers of the Construction Engineering and Management Program.

Ardis Oglesby is survived by a sister, Ellen Jean Allen; daughters Virginia Hancock, Judith Thomas and Marjorie Zellner; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
