Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice called for comprehensive immigration reform Mar. 13. Rice, a professor of political science and Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, made her first campus appearance at the Economic Summit staged by the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research.
