Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land

Director Stan Lai hopes that his 1986 play Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land, which he translated and adapted for this Stanford production, will strike a universal chord that transcends the cultural differences of East and West, of Asia and America, and that his characters will move the audience to laughter as well as tears. Performances are scheduled at 8 p.m. March 1-3 in Memorial Auditorium.
