G. Scott Hubbard

G. SCOTT HUBBARD, a visiting scholar in the Electrical Engineering Department and former NASA Ames research director, has been given the Carl Sagan Memorial Award. The American Astronautical Society (AAS) and the Planetary Society jointly bestow the honor on an individual or group with outstanding contributions to research or policies advancing exploration of the cosmos. Hubbard received the award Nov. 14 at the AAS national conference in Pasadena, Calif.
