Joel Lewenstein Multicultural Springfest lunch

Approximately 3,700 employees attended the 12th annual Multicultural Springfest on Thursday, May 25, in Frost Amphitheater. The event celebrates the diversity of Stanford’s work force. Above, Cardinal Calypso, a steel drum band, was one of the groups that performed during the festivities. Staff members were treated to a free lunch, right, featuring international cuisine, as well as a free T-shirt and raffle drawings. Some staff exhibited their arts and crafts at booths. The Diversity and Access Office, in partnership with other central university offices and ethnic staff groups, sponsors the event.
