Farewell, Hawkeyes; hello, Cardinal

Bob Bowlsby, Stanford's new director of athletics, spoke April 28 at a press conference, where he displayed his new color: cardinal. Also pictured are Bowlsby's wife, Candice, and President John Hennessy. Currently athletics director at the University of Iowa, Bowlsby will say goodbye to the black and gold this summer. He is scheduled to begin work at Stanford in July.
