Above, Sarah Booth, regional events manager for the Stanford Alumni Association, read Alexandre Dumas’ The Man in the Iron Mask during the Read-a-thon at the Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic in Palo Alto. The Read-a-thon was part of Stanford’s Community Partnership Day effort to bring volunteers to local agencies. At right, Josh Weddle, an administrative associate with the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), Jennifer Severin, a development manager at CISAC, Erik Cummings, a manager in IT services, and Laura Page, an administrative associate at CISAC, team up to relocate a tree at the Ecumenical Hunger Program in East Palo Alto.
