Faculty Senate to hear report on university public affairs

The Faculty Senate will convene Thursday for its third meeting of the Winter Quarter.

The senate will hear a report on university public affairs from David Demarest, vice president for public affairs. The senate also will consider a recommendation from the Committee on Graduate Studies to convert interdisciplinary programs in Epidemiology and Health Services Research to departmental programs within Health Research and Policy.

The senate will meet at 3:15 p.m. in Room 180 of the School of Law. Discussion is limited to members of the senate, but members of the Stanford community may request to attend the meeting by contacting the Academic Secretary's Office at 723-4992 or delpozzo@stanford.edu.
