Hehir: Iraq war waged with arrogance and confusion

The Iraq war has been waged with arrogance and confusion by the Bush Administration, the Rev. J. Bryan Hehir said. He was on campus Dec. 6 to give the annual Drell Lecture, sponsored by the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC). It was titled "The Politics and Ethics of Nonproliferation," but the question-and-answer session in Tresidder Union's Oak Room was dominated by the war in Iraq.
