Spring quarter cooking demonstrations at Bolívar House continue this Friday at noon with a husband-and-wife duo serving up moqueca, a Brazilian seafood dish. ANJOLINA DE QUEIROZ, a visiting scholar at the Center for the Study of Language and Information, and RUY DE QUEIROZ, a Tinker Visiting Professor (philosophy), will bring the entrée cooked, discuss the ingredients and then pass it around for lunch. Seating is limited to 15 people, so if you'd like to attend, send an e-mail today to megorman@stanford.edu. Participants will be asked to chip in $2 to $3 to offset the cost of ingredients.
