Sand Hill Road project
A two-year project to widen Sand Hill Road to four lanes along a quarter-mile stretch in Menlo Park and expand intersections at Alpine Road/Junipero Serra Boulevard and Sand Hill Road/Santa Cruz Avenue is under way. The first phase of construction, which will continue through early 2005, will affect travel along Sand Hill Road, Alpine Road and Santa Cruz Avenue.
Construction schedules, maps, aerial photographs, traffic advisories and a list of frequently asked questions are available online at www.sandhillroadproject.net. Commuters and residents also can subscribe to e-mail alerts containing project updates.
