Two staff offices to be briefly relocated

On June 4, Training and Organizational Development (T&OD) and the Office of Staff Employment will be temporarily relocated from 655 Serra St. to the basement of Encina Hall while facilities undergo repair. The repairs, which are expected to take approximately eight weeks, do not affect other offices housed at 655 Serra St. Mail delivery, e-mail and phone and fax numbers for both offices will be unchanged.

T&OD workshops, including new employee orientation, will continue to be held at 651 Serra St. as scheduled in the Training Opportunities Guide. T&OD staff will be available for consultation at their temporary offices in Encina Hall.

Employees who want to hand-deliver Stanford Training Assistance Program (STAP) forms should do so by taking them to the BenefitSU office at 655 Serra St. and depositing them in a box that will be set up there for that purpose.

At the Office of Staff Employment (OSE), walk-in services will be temporarily discontinued. OSE staff will be available by appointment at their Encina Hall offices. Operation of the employment website -- http://jobs.stanford.edu -- will not change, but in-office computer kiosks used to access the site will be temporarily unavailable. Resumes will be accepted through the website only. Questions about applying for campus jobs and other matters can be directed to the office at 723-1888.
