Newt Gingrich to talk about new novel at Stanford Bookstore

Hoover Visiting Fellow Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, will discuss his new book, Gettysburg, at Stanford Bookstore from 6 to 8 p.m. July 16. The novel, co-authored by William R. Forstchen, explores what could have happened if Robert E. Lee had won the battle of Gettysburg during the Civil War. Gingrich will read from his book and sign copies. The event is free and open to the public.
