VAS course to teach digital photo skills

The medical center’s Visual Art Services will offer a two-part seminar for Photoshop and digital camera users Aug. 29.
The morning session will consist of an overview of Photoshop 7. The afternoon session will focus on Photoshop Raw – a new plug-in that allows you to take files from your digital camera and wield the same control over the digital “negatives” that photographers have with traditional film.
For more information and details on how to register for the course, which can be paid through STAP funds, visit http://www.stanford.edu/dept/VAS/seminars/REGISTRATION.pdf.
