Cantor Arts Center curator Hilarie Faberman narrates as technicians hoist a sculpture of a giant banana peel -- nearly 14 feet tall by 9 feet wide -- by crane into a first-floor, open-air courtyard in the Cantor Center for Visual Arts Thursday, July 31.
