The second Community Day at Stanford, held April 6, 2003, included a multitude of activities, including a Fun Run benefiting the East Palo Alto YMCA, a procession from Memorial Church to the Stanford family Mausoleum as part of Founders' Celebration, athletic and cultural activities, a talk by former U.S. Defense Secretary William Perry, and President John Hennessy and Provost John Etchemendy checked out the Stanford Solar Car Project.
