Taylor discusses 'financial diplomacy'

John Taylor discussed his post as undersecretary for international affairs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury in a talk Feb. 1 to the associate members of SIEPR (Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research). The talk's title was "Promoting Growth and Stability in the Global Economy: The Bush Administration's Agenda."
