Lunch spots taking a break BY BARBARA PALMER Your lunch plans could change from now until early September, as some campus eateries take a breather. With the summer conference season winding down and weeks to go before classes begin, "business gets slow," said Leeroy Fitch, director of retail for Bon Appétit Management Co., which manages several eateries in Tresidder Union. café at Terman Engineering, the Cubberly Café at the School
of Education, the Law School Café and the Arbuckle Café
at the Graduate School of Business are among those that plan to stay open
